It takes about 10-15 minutes to preheat before the temperature reaching 932℉, then the pizza can be baked in 1 minute.
The bottom bracket on which the pizza stone sits can be automatically rotated during baking to prevent the pizza from burning, you don't have to turn the pizza manually.

They were incredibly helpful & wound up shipping a new pizza oven. This one worked perfectly out of the box! Hubby will need to refine his skills a bit, but fabulous little pizza oven and we are excited to have it as part of our outdoor kitchen.

takes a while to find the right temp to make the best pizza.
practice makes perfect.
the paderno one i had cooked faster but had no electric turning stone...returned that one cause the manual dial would stop working. and the crust would not cook thoroughly. but that oven was a bit taller so i think the heat worked better.
i am getting better with this one...the crust cooks better than paderno but takes a while to learn the nuances. it is a tight oven so top can burn fast if you don't watch. i am happy with it for sure and will try different crusts etc to find what works best.

Just used this first time and it made great pizzas , heated up to 550F in exactly 10 mins. Just turned the power switch on so warming up is even and cooking even, otherwise off. Gets very hot, so next time may turn it down slightly if crust rises very high. I can't think of anything easier. So quick, so turned it off while eating one and restarted 5 mins later for 2nd one.

Do not buy this pizza oven. It says heat for 15-20 minutes. We’ve heated the stone for up to 45 minutes and it still does not reach proper temperature so therefore the crust does not cook all the way.
Also I always thought everything was returnable, but this pizza oven is not. Now I’m out $400 and stuck with a product that doesn’t work proper. I’m super disappointed.
The only good thing about this oven is that it has an automatic turner on the stone, which is super convenient you don’t have to manually turn the stone so I shall give it one star for that reason

The oven is very hard to light. Most of the time the spark device doesn't ignite the oven. Don't know why... there's lots of gas as I can smell it. I try the spark device 5 or 6 times and each time I try the spark device I have to wait a few minutes for the gas to dissipate. Then I try a match on their 'included' match holder and even that doesn't even light the oven on the first try. I know there is gas flowing because I can smell it. Because of the problems lighting it I'm very nervous using it. When it works it certainly makes good pizza and yes in 90 seconds. I didn't keep the packaging so can't return it. EPILOGUE. After reading my review the seller contacted me and provided a full refund. Very impressive after sales service.

Add a propane tank, turn it on, and let it warm for about 15 min. During that time I was working the dough. Once the pizza was ready, we used a peel to slide pizza on the stone, turned on the autorotate with, and 1 minute later, perfectly cooked pizza that was remarkably similar to a wood fired pizza. It had just a smidgen of char on the bottom of the crust, and everything was cooked well. We were impressed. Great little machine for the money.
