I love the idea of this product. To greatly reduce the use of paper towels etc…. And this is the first time I have purchased this type of product so I am unsure if other brands might be stronger than this brand. They come on a roll sort of like paper towels. The very first time I washed them in my washer I did it on a regular cycle. DO NOT DO THAT. The towels got all stretched out with large holes in them and the fibres were all over my other clothing -sort of like when you accidentally wash a Kleenex in your washing mashing. Spending $20 for 40 sheets is 50 cents a sheet. That is expensive if you are only able to use them once! So the next time I washed some new sheets I tried washing them on the gentle cycle by themselves. They faired SLIGHTLY better. But still not great and still some got holes in them. So this last time I tried washing some new ones I put them in a mesh bag and threw the mesh bag in to the wash with other laundry on a regular cycle. This time worked WAY better! No holes - still got stretched a bit funny but that is no problem. I just stretched them back to relatively normal appearance and hung them up to dry! I am not 100% if I would purchase this brand again. I might try a different brand next time just to see if another brand might hold up better in the wash. I just wished I had thought about washing them in a mesh bag before ruining a bunch of them.
