Update: the seller reached out and sent me a new one for free. Upon arrival i saw that it was a completely different product, its from the same brand but a handle type thing with 4 different light heating and frequencies. It’s also only 49.99. It actually works really well and I like it a lot better than this one, I’d suggest going to get the other one.
