COMPATIBILITY: The dishwasher diverter seal grommet is fit for some specific Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Maytag Dishwashers. Replaces part numbers WPW10195677 or W10195677. Fits diverter motor models AP5650272, W10476222, W10537869. (If you are unsure about the compatibility, you can send us your model number for verification.)

This seal helped me fixed my KitchenAid KDFE304DSS1Dishwasher. The gasket is about 1 mm thicker than original one, but it works well. My advise: do enough research! Watch Youtube videos about "Fixing a leaking Kitchenaid dishwasher, replacing faulty diverter valve seal", and read ALL comments below them! Use the right tool (Precision Mini Pick & Hook Set) will make sure you don't damage other parts inside.
I still feel amazing how easy it was: spent 4 hours on research, 30 minutes to open the dishwasher (for measuring the seal), a week to wait for my parts arrive, 10 minutes to get seal repalced, 30 minutes to run test cycle (Rainse ONLY), not a single drop of water leaked!

Some tips when installing: 1. Use a drywall screw to remove the old one. It is really hard to take out otherwise. 2. Add some teflon tape, and silicon grease to the outside and the inner ring when reinstalling. 3. Install with the FLAT side facing down. I thought I had to buy a new dishwasher... this $10 fix and 20 mins of work saved it. Good Luck!

Worked great for Whirlpool Gold Series. I tried the orange kind first and although the outer diameter fit, it was too loose on the shaft. This black one is perfect on the shaft. Just use food safe silicone sealant when inserting this gromet in the sump assembly.
Remove the diverter motor and use a pick to remove the old one. Install this one and let the sealant dry for at least 12 hours. I let it cure for 18hrs. Don’t get any sealant on the inner portion of the gromet. After it’s cured, put the diverter motor back in and test.
