I had the bar installed in about a half hour marking out with pencil on wall the position
just used the nails and hardware that came with the product to install it fast.

I had really bad anxiety over my decision to get this but it does seem sturdy enough to have a lasting secure hold on my 43". Very simple and quick setup.

That being said, and this won't effect my rating since its clear as day how many nails you have to use so it wasnt a surprise - be sure you're at the right height! They say optimal tv height is where you're at eyelevel of the center of the tv from wherever you're watching, I thought since other reviews mention a downward tilt I'd be happy with slightly higher but barely but I very quickly realized even looking up at a slight angle is just awkward, and it really was barely higher than that. That being said you're right height may vary to personsl choice, but the point is the same, make sure it's where you'll want it - perhaps putting a dot where the center of the tv will be might help.

So given the height issue I decide I need to remove and remount it lower. My God it looks like a shark bit my wall where it was, but thankfully I only needed to lower it a few inches and it was covered by my tv - and I had spare spackle left over to fill the holes, which I plan on painting once it dries. I found using pliers was the easiest way to pull the nails out since they were too flush with the mount to use the back of a hammer.

It's worth noting they advertise each nail as being able to hold 10 pounds but that only holds true if there is 1 nail per wall, not 20 lined up - so you really want to not do what I did if avoidable, im only allowing the second maiming since my tv is so light.

Overall though zero regrets buying it, I have a small space and it really helps. I'll be hiding the wires later on. I included pictures of the holes/post filling to give an idea.

I was worried this was too simple of an item to attach my 50in TV to the wall, but it worked great. Attach one piece to the back of your TV.
