Additional Checklist For Special Desks

1. Desk with underframe:

Ensure the contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim is greater than or equal to 50mm(1.97"). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.

2. Desk with side panel:

Ensure the distance between the desktop edge and the side panel is greater than or equal to 60mm(2.37"). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.

3. Desk with back panel: Ensure the depth between the desktop and back panel is greater than or equal to 100mm(3.94 "). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.

The gas spring is pre-set to minimum tension. You will need to adjust the tension according to the weight of your monitor once the monitor is hung on.

  • Please confirm your monitor's size is within 27'', the VESA pattern is 75x75mm or 100x100mm, and the weight is 4.4-19.8 lbs. Your desk has a thickness of 0.39''-3.15'', or a hole diameter of 0.39''-1.97''.

  • If your VESA pattern is 200x100 mm or 200x200 mm, just freely to relate with us to get a VESA adapter. If your VESA exceeds the above range or has no VESA holes, you will need to purchase a suitable VESA adapter.

  • Though the clamp is equipped with pad, If your monitor is heavy or your desktop is thin, we recommend you purchase a desk reinforcement plate to spread out the pressure of the mount over a large area, defending your desks from damage.
