Main Usage:

As an adapter for DIY cleaning the fuel injector nozzle, removed the injector from the engine, it can be cleaned separately.When the injector is clogged, you can use it to save expensive nozzles;

Working principle:

Takes a little bit of use to. Few trials to find the proper way to hold onto the injector and kit as you're trying to also hold the can.

Take the little sprayer thing off the can. Exposing the little tip part underneath.
The white plastic piece provided into the kit sits ontop of that.
The connections provided to connect the injector. I changed. I put little mini aligator clips.

First backwash the injector by cleaning it backwards to try and get the dirt out of the little filter basket inside the injector.
Then swap it around and clean your injector in the same maner it sprays out your gasoline.

When the cleaner comes out like a nice mist you have cleaned your injector. If it sprays drops or solid you have dirty injector or need to replace if you cant get to a mist eventually. But if you are doing this then you should know that already. Or maybe you are learning. Either way. No mist no go.

I took the battery out of my car and used it to do this. I use the fastest setting. I turn the power on and then press everything down on the can. Remember its a bit tricky to hold.
I dont cut the power off till i have lifted the pressure off the can to make sure i empty the injector of all the cleaner.

I use carb cleaner for this. I dont recommend using anything else. The brand i used is kleen-flo. If there is a little cleaner left in there it wont hurt anything.

Its worked very well for me. My corvette runs great. So it defenately didnt do any wrong.

It was a cool purchase to experience and could save you a few hundreds on injectors.

Just be patient. Take it slow to find your most comfortable way to hold everything together. You will want gloves and towels. It can get messy as your gloves get wet its harder to hold everything together.

Once i found my way it was very easy and went very well.

Little practice makes perfect.

It takes some fiddling to use, you almost need three hands. Once you get in to the right method, this gadget works awesome.

Make sure to purge through the inlet (the end that is in the fuel rail) to get any gunk out first then turn the injector around to purge through the normal feed direction.

Went from 19l per100km back to factory normal of 12-13l per 100km. About 3 hrs to do the job at home.

The cables are fairly stiff and the modual is light so the cables end up dragging it around, should be easy enough to crack open the case and modify it if you like to tinker.

The tool itself seems to work well as I was able to puls and test the injector for my quad easily even though the connectors on the tool were far too big for the little injector it was still able to work.

The only other issue I have with it is once you select a mode, you have to disconnect the tool from power to rest it if you want to switch to a different mode. And so far the plastic adaptors have been useless, the injector for in well but it didn't work with my can of spray cleaner

Overall I am happy with this product. Unfortunately I had to make a few small modifications to make it work. It is also very technique sensitive. Once you learn the technique it is much easier to use.

Note: I was hoping to be able to judge if my injector was producing a good spray pattern. Unfortunately this is not achievable. It is so technique sensitive the pattern of spray is highly dependent on how much cleaning fluid is dispensed. See #2 below. Bottom line, I can't hold it against the tool. It was not designed to do that. The truth will come out if it makes a difference in how it runs.
I had two problems in all.
1. The electrical connectors to the Fuel Injector were way to big. I could not connect both of them on my injectors. There were simply not enough room in the connector housing. See pics. This maybe just an issue for my type of injector. I had to cut them off an replace them with 7/64" female disconnects.

2. The white plastic piece (2, Different sizes) that connects between your aerosol cleaner vent outlet and the injector caused me some issues. I had a LOT of aerosol fluid leak out between the can vent outlet and the white plastic piece. The tool comes with what looks to be plumbers tape. I think it is intended to wrap the can vent outlet nipple and the white tool. I tried but did not have success. Instead, I installed 2 6x1.5 O-Rings on the can vent outlet nipple. This seem to slow down the amount of cleaner that escaped at the can vent outlet. This is where technique is critical. Once everything is connected and you are ready to start the procedure, don't fully depress the white plastic piece on the can. It will spray out WAY TO MUCH fluid. Fluid will go everywhere and your injector will pop off the other side. Only a small amount of fluid it needed. It takes a couple of tries to get the right amount.

Again, overall I am happy with the purchase.

I extended the power cord by about two feet and added a injector connector that fit my injectors to allow the tester to be easily used. I thoroughly cleaned all eight injectors from my 5.3l engine using mode 4 and with one can of carb cleaner. Back-fire under hard acceleration was solved. This tester saved me from having to replace my injectors.
