I have purchased a few of these mounts now and all of them came perfectly packaged with no missing pieces..
The wall template that it comes with makes installation easy and there is a good variety of hardware in the kit to mount almost any larger TV.
All of the adjustments positively lock the TV in whatever positive you adjust it at and I have never had one slip or movee.. The multiple adjustments make it easy to aim the TV whatever direction you need and make it easy to get at the back side of the TV should I need to add a new thing or change some cables.. I have a 70", a couple 55" and a 47" older TV that all are using this exact mount. This is a heavy duty mount that is great for bigger tv's.
Overall I am very happy with this and will buy this again in the future should I need another..

5th - built large enough to create a cavity on either side of the mount to insert recessed media wall plate to conceal wires.

This is an extremely heavy duty mount. It's rated for 132 pounds but I wanted to test it with my full body weight and it held up without any issues so I'm sure it can handle much more than the rated 132 lbs.

The range of motion makes it really easy to mount and move around in any direction. I mounted my TV in a tight space and the ability to pull it out and adjust the angles before pushing to back to the wall made the installation a breeze.
