Usage Tips for Optimal Performance

Power Connection Always connect the no included power cable to a 5V 1A (or higher) power source to ensure stable and fast transmission.
HDMI 2.0 cable To achieve the best performance at 4K@60Hz, use a HDMI 2.0 cable that is no longer than 3 meters.
Source and Display Settings Confirm that both your HDMI source device (e.g., laptop) and HDMI display (e.g., monitor) are set to support your desired resolution and refresh rate.
Downscaler Limitations The downscaler only supports 4K to 1080p conversion and does not change the refresh rate (e.g., 4K60Hz becomes 1080p60Hz, and 4K120Hz becomes 1080p120Hz).
Splitter with a soundbar OUT2 Connect your 4K TV (highest-resolution device) to the splitter's OUT 1 port and your soundbar to the OUT 2 port. Then enable the scaler ON for OUT 2 and set the EDID mode to '4K 7.1CH'
Splitter to the elgato HD6OX Connect Elgato HD6OX to Splitter Output 1 (OUT1)-Connect Display/Laptop to Elgato HD6OX-Set EDID to COPY-Power on the Signal Source
No ARC/eARC Support This device does not support Audio Return Channel (ARC) or enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC).
Power-On Sequence Turn on the display first.Connect the HDMI splitter.Power on the source device.
Troubleshooting Tips If audio/video issues occur: Check power supply (5V 1A+). Verify HDMI 2.0 cable less than 3M. EDID switches match your audio format.
down Dolby Vision The down scaler may not work with Dolby Vision content.
