    This product literally saved me. I used to buy powders and mix it with water and it was soooo bad. Now, I take 1-2 pills a few times a week and no more constipation. Also reduced my bloating. The fact that there’s also Aloe, Slippery Elm Bark also helps because I also once tried only Psyllium Hulk and it wasn’t has effective.

    I have been taking this product for some time now and the results are very disappointing. My doctor actually suggested it, so I thought it would help my situation but no luck. It might not be the product, mind you, I actually think I have a longer intestine than most people. My grand-mother did. Husk capsules only kick in every 3-4 days and that's it. It doesn't keep me regular, which is what I'm looking for ... and need! Lucky you, if it works for you!

    I took this product for two months, one capsule at day and night, as specified on the bottle.
    During these two months, I experienced spotting before my period and longer menstruation.
    The addition of this supplement was the only change in my routine. Upon reviewing the scientific literature, I found out that fiber consumption can lead to low progesterone. In turn, low progesterone can cause spotting and headaches before periods. In light of this information, I stopped taking this supplement and, after one month my period is back to normal. I have taken psyllium twice a day from other brands without experiencing this effect. For me, this supplement was not beneficial, and I wanted to share that with other women who might have these side effects.

    Psyllium husk is a dietary requirement for me. I been using Psyllium Husk for years to avoid constipation and straining as I have been suffering dein haemorrhoids for over a decade. I had a banding procedure done in hospital couple of years ago which was excruciatingly painful. I was advised to use Husk Fiber on regular basis. When it comes to dietary fiber, nothing beats Psyllium Husk. I have noticed a big improvement ever since as I don't want to go through that procedure ever again. I take Psyllium Husk in warm milk once a day and it keeps me and my digestive system.

    Fiber is very important in the diet because it is not broken down by the body. This means that it successfully enters the digestive tract without losing its natural benefits for digestion aid.

    I was offered this capsule based alternative and I was really keen to test it out. I have been taking these for more than 2 weeks now as I wanted to be 100% sure about this product before I review it as I appreciate this is not something people buy for fun.

    I have concluded that it is as effective as real organic Psyllium Husk. I am very happy with the product and highly recommended it. I am happy to switch to this as I never really liked gooey slimy texture of Psyllium Husk in warm milk but as it was preventing constipation I had no choice but to take it. These capsules are a blessing and I am so happy that they are available.

    Only negative would be the size of the capsule as it is not easy to swallow especially if like me you also have a narrow throat. Otherwise it is a God send. 5 stars and highly recommended.

    I decided to try this Psyllium Husk Complex when my Dr advised me to start using Metamucil. I read the list of ingredients before purchasing and felt that this would be a better option. I am very happy with my purchase. I was previously on 2 IBS medications and now I have been able to stop both medications and I am doing much better with the Psyllium Husk Complex. Also my cholesterol test came back much improved with I attribute to using this fiber supplement.
