    Our blender broke down after 2 years. I decided that since we actually purchased this insurance, it was time to get to use it. Until you realize it's a waste of time and money and they want to charge you a deductible. I was trying for a good 15 minutes to start a claim but the one-time code won't show up to my E-mail. They claim it's super easy but it's been difficult. Never getting this again. I'll stick to 鶹's 30-day guarantee.

    This is the best design of food steamer that I have ever had. 1. The 3-tier design allows me to cook 3 different dishes at the same time. 2. It is deeper to fit larger bowl inside without taking up extra countertop space. 3. It is effortless to remove the top tray from the lower tray while cooking. 4. BPA free. I have been having it for a few days and I love it.

    this little coffee maker is surprisingly great. the coffee tastes good. i use less coffee than pour over. and it is hot. i gave 4 because there is a funny high pitch sound that started after the first few uses. i would recommend the product regardless of the noise.
    because of some of the reviews i bought 4 year insurance for $8, hopefully wont need it

    Is hard to comment on the insurance in the occurred circumstances: the juicer delivered to me was not as described on the amazon page. It wasn't new but used and dirty. In this situation I don't see any reason to keep the insurance for the juicer.
