    Got the email for the protection plan very quickly was great. If you get this make sure to check your junk mail folder, mine was in there. I got a few, 2 for purses and one for a mini computer I got for someone as a gift. Its nice that you just get the email and you don't have to do any more confirmation after that, no filling out information on another site about what you bought or anything. I've had a protection plan from this company for something I bought in a store and I had to do something like that I guess buying online they already have all that info so its not needed after the purchase which makes things super easy.

    Very happy to be able to get this on 鶹, I've bought expensive stuff on here before without being able to so I'm not sure if its a newer thing but its worth the couple bucks imo.

    Very bad experience. I chose to contact the seller before making a review. I got a pop up suggestion to buy protection plan for the luggage case and I said I will give it a try. It was torn after first use and so I called Asurion help three times, every time I need to give every detail of the product then told to wait for 1-2 days again to ask for thr update without given a claim or reference number...In the third trial to call Asurion,they told me luggage cases are not covered and I need to write an email and repeat all the details. Really disappointed.

    If luggage cases not covered, why the pop-up appeared, why you took money from the beginning. I'm asking 鶹 to investigate this ..
    I feel bored, exhausted and gave up. I just need to warn buyers...

    Purchased this extended warranty on 鶹 via a pop-up that popped up immediately after loading a laptop case in the purchase cart. You don't get to review the policy until after purchase when it arrives by email a day or 2 later. I read the entire policy and it looks comprehensive enough without a lot of weasle words to avoid paying out a claim and seemed of reasonable value. However, once I received the laptop case I discovered you get a similar extended warranty direct from the manufacturer for free if you register the serial number with the manufacturer via their website. You have 10 days to cancel the insurance by law but the process to cancel online via 鶹 was very frustrating as the only option to select was "return the product" but then wants you to print a return mail-in label for nothing physical to be returned (i.e. policy received by email). There is a note online that says cancellation is simple just click the "cancel policy" button, but there is no button. I requested a call back and 鶹 customer support quickly called back. The service agent was great, listened to the issue, called the seller to cancel the policy, and initiated a refund, which I now have 3 days later. So, several issues here. First, the laptop case warranty description online was wrong (I have sent a feedback correction notice). If an insurance offer pops up, review the product manufacturer's website first to see warranty/extended warranty offers for free. Then decide if you want to purchase the Asurion insurance offered via 鶹. If you purchase it you still have 10 days to cancel but instead of cancelling via registered mail, fax, or in person as stated in the policy just call 鶹 customer service and they will do it for you!
