I love biosteel, the taste is good, and I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the product, however, the package is oversized for what's in it. I only took one scoop out of the container. I'm sure there's a 100 scoop in it, it's just really big for no reason. Maybe they could size it down 🤷🏼‍♀️

    First and foremost, the absence of cramps after taking is remarkable. I would typically drink water and/or Gatorade in between workouts and found I was cramping really easily in the second work outs. This product absolutely does the job in rehydrating.

    On top of being effective...it tastes really good. I would drink this as a juice if I could.
