The packs are very convenient to take with you. If you exercise or play sports, it's good to throw a couple of these sticks in your gym back, your sports bag, your car, your work/laptop bag, etc. The packs are super convenient and mix really well in a bottle of water. Some sports drinks are loaded with sugars that spike your glycemic index causing your to exit fat burn mode and get into fat storage mode. Some sports drinks are designed not to spike your glycemic index but they are full of bad chemicals to make them taste good. BioSteel seems to only use the highest quality natural ingredients to make it great for your body and also taste really good. When I showed my personal trainer (a competitive natural bodybuilder) I was expecting him to frown at me, instead his eyes lit up and he said "BioSteel is a great company!" After reviewing the back label he said I should keep taking it - the only thing I need to do is take more BCAAs after workouts because this isn't meant to be used as a recovery drink. I'll be reordering when these run out.

    Since surgery I was told I need to drink more & can’t stand the taste of water. I usually add lemon juice to my water but it does not provide the mineral I need especially when it’s hot & humid. I take 1 tsp for 500 ml & the taste is perfect. I can drink 1500 ml à day no problem. I would highly recommend this product to keep your body well hydrated.
