    I have a cuisinart cbk-200c and managed to misplace my paddle. I hadn't made to many loaves of bread so I couldn't remember how the original paddle fit. This one seemed to leave a fair amount of room between the bottom of it and the bottom of the pan. Given the nature of dough and how it sticks to itself I decided to try making a loaf before sending it back.

    I'm very glad I did. It didn't fit absolutely perfectly but it did very well. I forgot to take it out before the bake cycle so it cooked in the bread. No black streaks or any residue that I could see or feel.
