Directions

For adults use only. Place the inhaler 1/2 inch from one nostril, close the other nostril and inhale the aromas of the essential oils deeply by taking 3 deep breaths. Repeat with the other nostril in the same way. Up to 3 time per day. For external and occasional use only. Avoid contact with eyes ans mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil (or water).
