I purchased this back in 2022 and it was very easy to assemble and get my tv on the wall. I've since moved a few times and each time has been a breeze to take the tv down and remount. I like that it comes with an outline to put on your wall first. I just recently purchased another one for our living room tv and we had it on the wall within 15 mintues. Well made, sturdy steel, easy to install. Notable feature is that the television can be positioned more to the left or right. This is useful when mounting to a wall stud because they are normally located 16" apart. This wall mount allows the television to be positioned about 8" to the left or right of centre to make up for the fixed position of the wall studs.

Easy to install. Mount the hinged part to the wall. All parts are in the kit. For mounting on a wall stud you require a drill and drill bit (size is in the instructions) to make two pilot holes in the wall, plus a wrench to install the lag bolts that secure the bracket to the wall. A small level is included in the kit. After the wall mount is secure, use the level and hex key included in the kit to adjust the mount so that the television will be level (not on a slant to the right or left). You can also use the same hex key to adjust the mount so the television will tilt down a bit.

You probably require a stud finder to locate the stud accurately enough to ensure that the lag bolts are aligned close to the centre of the stud width for strength. Finally you need a Philips (star) screwdriver to attach the two vertical bars to the VESA bolt holes in the television and to secure the locking screws once the television is hung on the wall bracket.

Although the instructions recommend 2 people to install the television it is easy to do with one person unless the television is too heavy to lift. I loosened the lock screws on the vertical bars attached to the television, extended the bracket mounted on the wall so that the television would be away from the wall, picked up the television from behind, then hung the television so that the inverted-U cutouts on the the vertical bars were caught on the top horizontal bar on the wall bracket. At this point the television is fairly secure so I tightened the lock screws to secure the television to the wall bracket.

The kit comes with an assortment of bolts and spacers to fit the various sizes covered by the VESA standard. There are also spacers in case the television has connectors that would be located under the mounting bars. This provides a bit of space to reach the connector but you might have to connect the cable to the television then attach the mounting bars to the television using the spacers.

I installed a Mounting Dream MD2413-MX earlier this year but prefer this one. The vertical bars attached to the television obstruct less of the television back than the large X on the MD2413-MX. This MD2377 mount allows the television to be positioned to the left or right of centre. This MD2377 permits levelling the television to make up for the wall mount not being installed perfectly vertically.

I recommend and would buy another one of these mounts if installing another television.

Hadn’t bought a mount in several years. But I knew my temporary solution of balancing my 32” on Rubbermaid containers in the corner a ticking time bomb what with my klutzy big feet and my half blind dog.
I read the reviews and could not believe the mount was so inexpensive. I kept expecting to find out some aspect would be junk. But it’s the real deal. I used to mount tvs, doing projects for a major retailer. And I like this!
Even a young woman can get this done in an hour or two (as I am and I did). You will need a few basic tools not included. I realized I didn’t have a socket wrench, but an open wrench worked on the stud bolts. I did strip the bolt paint a little and would have gotten it done faster but the open wrench ultimately worked without another trip to the hardware store.
Eveything I needed other than the toolbox was there.
Manual easy to follow. All the screws and bolts were easy to figure out. With my 7 year old Samsung LED I used the deepest screws but there were washers and spacers if needed. The hardest part as an individual was getting the heavy plate screwed into the studs but the template given helped, and I was glad for the free little level. In the end I got it all up and secured with no dings or mistakes. Looked slightly off but was easy to level. They have everything covered and I figure if I upgrade the tv it will be easy to swap out in about five minutes.
I don’t know if I will use the full motion arm much just in my bed room but I wanted the option. It’s not as flush to the wall as it could be with just a tilting mount, but if I really cared about it sticking out I’d get a thinner tv.
I have had it on the wall for about a week. No issues and am glad I bought this. Am enjoying laying in bed and watching movies at a better position for my neck. Now just to figure out the wires!

Highly recommended. Puts many higher priced mounts to shame*.
Easy to install. Comes with lots of screws, washers and spacers options to mount any TV. I’ve mounted my Samsung 55 inch which has a VESA 400 x 400 mounting pattern which is as largest size this mount will take. TV weighs approx 25kg which is not a problem - I can’t see any sagging / straining and the movements of the swing arms are smooth and easy.

Instructions are well written, clear and concise. Also comes with useful touches like a spirit level (plastic, but functional), velcro cable ties, and self-adhesive bumpers to protect the wall.

*Note - when I wrote the original review, I bought the mount in August 2020 and I paid less than AUD$51 incl delivery from the US. I'm in Melbourne, Australia. Since then I've noticed the price has shot up to more than AUD$190. This almost a 400% increase!! Obviously it's no longer value for money it once was..
