    After taking one tablet I felt slightly nauseous, fatigue and lethargy, slight headache. Maybe if I continued taking them I would be able to adapt to them or maybe if I had a half dose it might be better? However I am not comfortable taking them and I phoned 鶹 and they told me to dispose the product and they refunded my purchase. Very pleased with the refund. Thank you 鶹.

    Anyone buying medicine or other health-related items from 鶹, or any non-pharmaceutical setting needs to keep in mind that every person is different, and just because you have the same symptoms doesn't mean you will have the same treatment. Your best bet is always going to be consulting a pharmacist, doctor, or other medical professional first.

    I have suffered from anxiety/stress-induced asthma attacks for a few years. These attacks are characterized by a shortness of breath, an inability to breathe deeply (belly breaths or diaphragm breaths), and an inability to breathe naturally without thinking about it. It's almost like my body forgets how to breathe properly and leads to more panic as I struggle to find my breath again. These attacks usually go away within an hour or two and are very seldom (like maybe 3-4 a year). Recently I had one that lasted several days, and despite multiple trips to the doctor in the past, I have never been treated properly for them. I have used prescription anti-inflammatories and was given an inhaler once which had no impact. I've had oxygen levels, lung capacity, chest x-rays, blood work and everything else tested twice in the last two years, and the doctors could find nothing wrong and therefore nothing they could treat.

    Because this most recent attack lasted for about 3 days I figured I would go searching for any lung-boosting medications since I've been thoroughly tested on prescription medications. After about four days of using this product my breathing has improved greatly, and if they keep improving at this rate I imagine I'll be back to normal within the next day or two.

    Again, if you are having breathing troubles your first option should always be a medical professional, whatever is most easily accessible in your country. But if you are in my position and have already been assessed and treated, and your condition is considered a non-emergency, I would highly recommend these pills. I intend to finish the bottle even if/when my breathing has returned 100%.
