The cleaning solution itself is good, the cloth they include and the instructions need some work. The instructions tell you to wipe the screen dry first, I would ignore this advice, it's likely to scratch the screen in my opinion. Also the instructions say you can use either side of the cloth, but if you feel the cloth one side is fairly soft and the other has a rough texture, so what side should you use? I'd recommend ignoring the cloth and use a good quality microfiber cloth instead. Using my own cloth and NOT wiping the screen dry, I cleaned 3 screens and it worked well each time, no scratches,no streaks.

I got the Whoosh Screen Shine after reading about it on some Mac forums. Apparently they use this, or used to, in some of the Apple Stores to clean dirty screens. I find it works well, and I would take some time on a Sunday evening and give my MacBook Air screen a good polishing. It comes with some cloths, although you can use your own if you wish. I would recommend microfibre.

This is, apparently, non-toxic so I can't see it causing any problems with your computer screens, smartphones, etc.
