They’re alright. The texture reminds me of gummy bears, but the flavor is like an unpleasant grape, not the sugary kind. My wife really doesn’t enjoy the taste at all. On the first night I tried them, they worked decently; I had a good night’s sleep and only woke up a few times, but I was able to fall back asleep quickly. However, I did wake up with a slight headache the next day. Thankfully, I didn’t feel too groggy, which is a plus. I’ve given them a few more tries, and the headache seems to have disappeared. I’m not quite sure why that is. I’m uncertain if I’ll buy them again in the future; I might look for something stronger.

I did not like the weird feeling when woke wide awake in the middle of the night for no reason and had trouble getting back to sleep. The day after, I felt like I was stoned. A zombie all day. Wasn't a fan of the taste either. That was after 1 gummy. I tried a half and it wasn't much better. I get better results from other "natural" methods tbh.
