I find Melatonin to be a decent supplement to help me fall asleep, but it doesn't really do anything to provide a peaceful sleep.

The patch offers a slow release (and therefore absorption) of melatonin, so theoretically it will help one to stay asleep after falling asleep. Now, I have only used this product twice, and I really can't say that it is more effective than magnesium l-threonate for me. With magnesium l-threonate, I find myself falling asleep quicker between tosses and turns. I don't believe these patches have the same soporific effective on me.

However, on the positive side:
- They work
- They didn't irritate my skin
- They have no strange odour

They are sticky enough to stay in place all night. Removing them in the morning any remaining glue residue wipes off easily. I like that they slowly release melatonin and other sleep promoting materials to help you maintain sleep. They’re soft and non-intrusive. Using them has had a similar effect to melatonin pills I’ve used in the past.

I've been using these sleep patches from Vertical Fusion's Zovira for about a week now, and I really like them. They are said to consist of melatonin, magnesium malate and valerian. I am very familiar with all of these, and do already take melatonin on a nightly basis. These definitely feel very calming to the body and the mind, and I love that they are time-released patches, but I have no idea how much melatonin there is in each patch, not the amounts of the other 2 components, I can not this information anywhere, nor much else. Needless to say, in my personal experience, there is not enough melatonin, not even close, to suit my needs, so I have to still take 1,10 mg melatonin gummy along with these patches. The patches adhere very well to whichever part of your body you feel like wearing them, ideally, a hairless area. I place them on my abdomen, and they stay on all night and into the morning till I remove them myself, however when I do, for some reason that spot then feels itchy and sensitive, but since there really is not much information about these, I don't have any idea what else is added in these patches that makes my skin react in this manner, I do not know what's in the adhesive, but it does dissipate after an hour or less when the patch has been removed. The patches are purple, I take it from the lavender component, when you 1st apply them to your skin. As the night goes on, the color systys dissipating more and more throughout the evening until the patches are completely colorless, just blank and white, as all the product is then absorbed. I have not suffered any negative effects at all, and there are 0 hangovers. The packet comes with 30 patches in all, that come on clear, plastic sheets, that are easily peeled off to place on the body. So I give these 4 stars, as they are not as effective as my gummy supplements, and there is a relatively low amount of information on these, which I find a bit disconcerting. I still do like them, I really like the ingredients, but for me, they need a bit of help. This is a really great concept though!!!
