    The two bags of Yupik ORGANIC COCONUT MILK POWDER- 450G, Gluten-free, Vegan, Non-GMO arrived in good order on time.
    The powder is very fine but has several compressed clumps thru out the package so sifting is nessesary before use.
    When mixed with ratioed powdered milk/water for flavor the coconut milk powder does not liquify and collects in very small 'clumps'.
    Perhaps this coconut milk powder is not for mixing with powder milk and water. Perhaps I misunderstood the 'powdered milk' adverstizing.
    Besides this, the product is very tasty with the sweet coconut taste .
    Best to use a glass jar and seal lid to store.
    (The durable strurdy mylar bag can be washed out and used as a freezer bag that prevents freezer burns unlike comparing thin freezer plastic bags which after several weeks do not keep foods from freezer burns.
    Overall a very good non-dairy milk product and will buy agian. as Yupik products are the best.

    This is really nice. It tastes great. It's super fine. I used hot water to make my coconut milk and the powder mixed great. I poured it into a six cup container, let it cool and put in fridge. You don't really need to shake it. It holds and doesn't really settle. It has the coconut fat in it so it makes your lips nice and soft and coats your throat. I love this stuff. I'm going to be a repeat customer.

    This huge bag will last a long time and really love using it in everything from coffee to baking. Best to desolve in warm water, I use the microwave inverter for a 22 seconds for a quarter of a cup. I don't need to use a blenderbut if I need it to be frotty then I would use my Vitamix on high for a few seconds, not a hand mixer. I can't find this at my grocery store so I buy it on here. Now I buy a lot more from this brand, really saving money and the quality is superior to the store.
