  This is he only coconut milk powder I buy. We always have it in the cupboard. When you mix a spoonful of it with hot water it reconstitutes extremely well (the same way you do cornstarch) We use it as coffee creamer, in curries, mixed with cocoa powder for hot chocolate and much more. I highly recommend!!
  
  It has great mouth feel but doesn't have a strong coconut flavor. Also extremely good price for the amount you get.,
