Great grounding wrist pad! I have used a grounding mat for months and love it; however, it's not easy to use when I'm working and on my computer. The desk doesn't have a good place to put the mat when using the key board and my basement is way too cold to be barefoot on my mat! (my wife and I say, we are getting older and colder....). So, I was tempted to try this wrist pad.

First, I really appreciated they included two grounding wires and pads. Secondly, I found it easy to slip the pad around my wrist and adjust it. Although the end of the strap sticks up, I truly don't mind as I'm using it at home and not wearing it for fashion in public! Thirdly, it is really great to be able to easily work on the computer and still be grounded. See the last pic for how I'm using it on the computer.

I also tested this with my multimeter before writing this review as I wanted to make sure I was being 100% honest. I was pleased to see that it did pass the test and it truly works.

On a personal note:/testimony: If you are new to grounding, I can tell you from personal experience that it really works. I have arthritis and will also get stabbing pains in my shoulders, wrist and back. Since I've been grounded, the pain has gone away! I'm sleeping much better and won't go without my grounding pad and now wrist pad. My sons also report they are sleeping much better after I bought the grounding pads.

With that said, this is a simple and cost effective way to start with grounding. Or a great way to be grounded without sitting or laying on a mat. I strongly recommend it!

This is all you need to be truly grounded, inside your home. I have several grounding mats and even a grounding sheet, but these little wrist bracelets, a single one at that, is all you really need. The one little thing I couldn't get out of my mind, as far as grounding, whether a mat, or a bracelet... via an indoor electrical outlet, was the fact that I heard one person mention, that sometimes, home builders, or construction crews... sometimes they get lazy, and don't actually bother to "ground" the house's electrical outlets... "What's grounding for anyway, like in case the house gets struck by lightening?.... I mean, what are the odds?... I can get out of here 30 minutes early today if I play those odds... heck yeah... looks like that 12 pack's gonna come a little early tonight".... and boom, just like that, your outlets aren't grounded. Now, it might not go down exactly like that, if ever, but you catch my drift. So, what I did, to ease my worried mind, was I got a seven buck outlet tester... just to be sure... and sure enough... every outlet in my house... is properly grounded... just the way it's supposed to be.... I feel so bad about the 12-pack comment and all now, you know? Well, whatever, search �鶹�� for "Outlet Receptacle Tester & Circuit Analyzer", that is, if you're suspicious and want to check out your outlets, for pretty darn cheap... otherwise, I'd guess what, 98% chance that your outlets are indeed grounded?... heck, I have no idea, but you can test if you want to make sure. Besides a properly grounded outlet, as far as grounding yourself goes, one of these nice little easy to wear bracelets, with it's fine functional 15 foot cord, is all you truly need.
