I like the design of this vegetable chopper/slicer and all the choices in blades. I do not like that there isn't a storage container for all the pieces to fit in separate from the actual chopper/slicer base. To me it is nusaince to store blades in the base, requiring emptying the base each time you use the chopper. So far I have used only one blade, which I love for saving me time dicing lots of celery and onion. One of the blade was a bit rough, but still worked fine. Easy to use. This is a much nicer replacement for my old one.

1.It’s a mini chopper - not a professional kitchen tool.
It “dices” irregular shapes - does not really cubes vegetables.
2.Blades and metal cutters don’t seem to be for long-lasting.
3.You must use each blade for a specific veggie (e.g., the 12 mm x 12 mm blade to dice tomato, the 6 mm x 6 mm blade to dice onion). If you change the size of the blade results can be disappointing or do not work). You can NOT use the small 6 mm x 6 mm blade to cube tomatoe as the tomatoe will be jammed/spreaded in the pressing lid and blade.
4.Lid opening is small to fit a whole vegetable. Yo need to cut an apple in half to dice it, you need to cut potatoes in flat halves first to “dice” it. In fact potatoes are never diced. Potatoes are actually cut to small sticks fries size.
5.Carrots can only be cut/sliced or fine shredded - not cubed or no cut in sticks.
6.The designated “julienne” tool just actually cuts in thin lint stripes.
7.The tool needs a lot of improvement. For example, placing permanent labeling for each designated veggie (for tomato, for onion, zucchini) on each blade to avoid guess-work of what blade should I use.
8.Not recommended to wash in dishwasher.

So I just dhinised using it and before we sit for dinner I wanted to write a quick review. I have had 2 of these cutter from differnt brands over the years. My biggest compalin was no lid. I prep veggies..need a lid...make a salad..perfect container ..but no lid.
This one has 4 things going for it onto of all the differnt cutting tools:
1. It has a lid!!!!
2. It is much deeper, so I can cut more veggies
3. It has little stoppers on the bottom to pre ent slipping...which is huge
4. It cuts so easy I am not ruining my arthritis hands, and pushing down so hard.
Would give this 10 stars. Very happy now going to ea, and any left over salad goes into the fridge with the container and it's lid.

I'm happy with this chopper. It is easy to use and easy to clean for what it is. Most pieces are fairly sturdy though the mandoline and grater parts aren't quite as sturdy as I'd like. I have not tried the spiralizer attachments yet. The mandoline slices a little thinner than I'd like, so I wish it had another slicer that would do a little thicker slices. I wish the grating surface was a bit larger and bidirectional, but all in all I'm happy with this even if I only ever use it for dicing things for dehydrating. It's a big time saver.

I used it as soon as I got it and I was hopeful it would do what I needed but didn't have super high expectations for it. I was wrong! This thing is amazing! I was able to chop a ton of veggies (cucumbers, bell peppers, onions and tomato's) in just a couple of minutes. I was really impressed with how easy it is to use and it doesn't take nearly as much pressure when you push down as it does in the video. It also cleaned up super quick and I didn't even need the little brush to get it clean. I haven't used the mandolin function yet but the blades seem very sharp and it was easy to put together. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase so far.
