    At first this pepper mill worked just okay. After about 2 months of daily use it no longer works. I had to crank it 100 times and got less than an 1/8 teaspoon of pepper out of it. It's just not practical. I can crush the pepper myself a lot faster. I would return it if I could but it's now outside the return window. It looks nice that's about the only good thing I can say about it.

    wish I had listened to the reviews. This peppermill is very low output. you have to crank it a ton to get enough pepper for some fried eggs, let alone for something like a stew. It does however grind consistently, and you can adjust the nut at the top to adjust the grind size.
    So it does work, but the output it really low. I wish I had spent a little more money for something better.
