    I like these way better than the stainless steel basket. I like the stainless one because you can lift it up higher to take the jars out but it always left a mess. This one is better because it doesn’t leave a rusty mess, easy to clean too! I highly recommend these for people who do water bath canning

    This canning rack works very well, keeping the jars separated and upright. We are in an area of very hard water, so I put a cup of white vinegar in the canning water to eliminate white residue on the jars. This causes a problem with metal racks, but this nylon one just quickly rinses clean. I tried many other racks, but this one is the best and I won't be without it.

    This was a great find. It fit perfectly in my tall stock pot that I use to water bath quart jars. It was high enough off of the bottom that the bubbles didn't rock my jars. I used it for 1/4 pint, 1/2 pint and pint and a half jars successfully. It goes right in the dishwasher when it needs to.

    I would not purchase this item. I used it on the bottom of my canner and it warped. The sides pulled up and the bottom warped downward. When sitting flat on the counter the bottom center touches the counter and the outside area is 2-3 inches off the counter. Not worth the money. Can't use now.

    It works good except when I have the more square shaped jars in the canner. They don't sit as well in the smaller holes.. However it works great for all the round shaped jars. So much better than having the jars sit on the bottom of the canner. I would recommend this product.

    This device is thicker than the wire one I used to use, so the jars sit higher in the pot & it’s a bit challenging to keep water deep enough to boil bath quart jars. Would be helpful if this device was multiple colors, designated for quarts and pints, to visualize the spots for each when in the pot/water. That said, I am glad to have it! This one will not rust. The jars are not nesting within any barriers as would in wire design, & there are no lift wires attached. Make sure you measure your canner before buying, to be sure this will fit.

    This has FINALLY solved the issue of jars mysteriously breaking in the water bath canner. I think the bottom of the pot was just getting too hot, and the glass was sitting on a metal rack right on that. The materials in this rack must protect the bottom of the jars from heat a lot better. My summer of canning was made so much more pleasant by having this little helper in the bottom of my pot!
