  This was exactly what I needed. I was SO tired of scrubbing the rust off of the traditional alum basket, this was perfect. Its sturdy, weighted enough to stay on the bottom of the pot, enough holes for all sizes of jars, and best, I left it in the canning pot 3 days and nothing stuck to it!
  Best canning investment so far!!
