    Been active since my teens, do moderate weights and play hockey regularly.
    I have a very accurate measurement of my strength and stamina since I've been doing it for decades.
    Now in my mid 50's, despite my consistent training, find my strength and stamina decreasing with age.
    After taking NAD for two months, noticed a measurable increase in my stamina and strength.
    For example, I know I can do underhand chins at bodyweight for 4-5 reps before NAD.
    After two months, I can now chin 6-7 times regularly.
    2-3 reps may not seem like a lot, but that's not something I've been able to do in 10-15 years.
    While playing hockey, one of my games lasts 90 minutes.
    Before NAD, the last 30 minutes were a struggle to get through.
    Now, after 2 months on NAD, I can complete the 90 minutes without difficulty.
    I also find I can train with weights the day after my 90 minute hockey game, where before, I wouldn't have the stamina to do any weight training the day after.
    To be honest, I feel like I've 'De-aged' 10-15 years in strength and stamina.
    As expensive as this product is, I'll make the sacrifice to continue on this.
    I found my increase in performance is remarkable!
