Support All the Power Modes

Smart Chip & Manual Release Key

• The “auto-close” function ultimately secures the property after you leave.
• Stops in case of obstruction during gate opening, and reverses in case of obstruction during gate closing. Adjust the stall force to get your desired open / close obstruction sensitivity. Higher stall force level, lower obstruction sensitivity.
• Soft start and soft stop ensure a long-lasting performance.
• The above modules can be adjusted on the smart control panel directly.
• Equipped with manual release key in case of power outage or when you lose your remote.

Gate Capability

• A8131 gate opener works well for the heavy duty single swing gate up to a maximum of 5.5m in length (correspondingly 110kg in weight).
• Suitable for the swing gate up to 400kg in weight (correspondingly 1.2m in length).
• Kindly note that the max. gate length capability is inversely proportional to the gate weight.

Max. Opening Angle of the Gate in Pull-to-Open Installation Mode

• The gate is allowed to open inwards viewed from inside property with the pull-to-open mode. The related bracket is included.
• In this mode, the maximum opening angle of the gate varies from 68° - 120° depending on the installation of the bracket.

Max. Opening Angle of the Gate in Push-to-Open Installation Mode

• The gate is allowed to open outwards viewed from inside property with the push-to-open mode. The related bracket is included.
• In this mode, the maximum opening angle of the gate varies from 91° - 112° depending on the installation of the bracket.

TOPENS Remote Control

• Adopting advanced TOPENS code technology, the remote control perfectly prevents unwanted entry.
• For your gate safety, only TOPENS authorized remotes and wireless accessories are allowed to operate the TOPENS Gate Opener.

Power Mode 1 (Default Mode) – Use AC Electricity Only

• Use the AC electricity to power the system.
• Recommended where AC electricity is accessible and stable.
• The UPS01 Uninterrupted Power Supply is plugged into an 100-240VAC 50Hz/60Hz outlet and delivers 24VDC to power the system directly.
• Release the clutch and open the gate manually in case of power outage.

Power Mode 2 – By AC Electricity and Back-up Batteries

• Batteries as back-up power source, use the AC electricity to charge the batteries.
• Recommended where AC electricity is accessible, but not stable.
• Requires additional 24V 12Ah Automotive / Marine type battery (NOT incl.).
• 2 pcs 12V batteries connected in series for 24V (Battery is NOT included).

Power Mode 3 – By Solar Panels and Batteries

• Batteries as main power source, use only solar panel to charge the batteries (UPS01 is functioned as a solar charge controller).
• Recommended in remote location such as farm, ranch, pasture, etc.
• Requires additional 24V 12Ah Automotive / Marine type battery.
• The battery and 20-Watt 24V solar panel kit are sold separately.

Power Mode 4 – By AC Electricity, Solar Panels and Back-up Batteries

• Batteries as back-up power source, use the AC electricity and solar panel together to charge the batteries (UPS01 converts AC to DC electricity and is also functioned as a solar charge controller).
• Recommended where AC electricity is accessible, but not stable.
