It worked for new hair growth!!
I realized the last two times I showered and did my hair that I have MORE HAIR!! I’ve been taking it for 3 months. All those little shorter hairs in the photo are new (my hairstylist said they are because they aren’t split or greyed at all on the ends, I can also feel the difference) It’s been pretty tough trying to style my thin, flat hair and watching more and more of it fall out/break. I don’t only take the biotin, I also take some other products like fish oils, a hair skin and nail supplement (activated you), L Lysine and collagen…. But none of that did very much till I finally added this Biotin - now I’m seeing new growth everywhere and am so happy!

    Found a bald spot a month and a half ago on my head. Was scared I might become bald, asked ChatGPT what should I buy, he told me biotine.

    Took it for 5 days straight, had a bit of side effects because it is a very high dose. Started taking one every two days along with a vitamin B supplement that has a very small amount of biotine in.

    1 month later, I have no bald spot anymore, no joke. This product worked tremendously, i'll just remind people here that I also started training 3 days a week in order to absorb the biotine better. It might not work well if you don't move much or have bad eating habits.

    It is a very strong product, if you want to take one everyday, might be wise to take smaller capsules, say 5 000mg.
