Found a bald spot a month and a half ago on my head. Was scared I might become bald, asked ChatGPT what should I buy, he told me biotine.
Took it for 5 days straight, had a bit of side effects because it is a very high dose. Started taking one every two days along with a vitamin B supplement that has a very small amount of biotine in.
1 month later, I have no bald spot anymore, no joke. This product worked tremendously, i'll just remind people here that I also started training 3 days a week in order to absorb the biotine better. It might not work well if you don't move much or have bad eating habits.
It is a very strong product, if you want to take one everyday, might be wise to take smaller capsules, say 5 000mg.
