    I have been using Old Bay for years; it’s a great seasoning especially with seafood, but it’s so versatile and it goes with any meats and vegetables out there.
    I used it when I steam fish, for clam/lobster bakes on the BBQ, to season stir fry, on potatoes, on crab Benedict, in batter for biscuits and hush puppies…
    If you have ever been in the Chesapeake Bay in MD and VA, you have surely seen steamed blue crabs laying on a newspaper and covered with some dark orange pasty concoction…well, that’s OLD BAY!!!
    There is a reason while this thing has been around for so long, it’s because it’s sooo good.
    It’s not very popular in Canada, so whenever I get the chance, I get some for my friends to try, and they have all been very happy with it and end up buying it!!!
    I love Old Bay, it should be a staple in every kitchen!

    Tips: Use this as a finishing spice, added to the end of a cooking dish, and less is needed. Added during cooking, and a little more is needed as spices lose their flavour during cooking.

    Make sure to tap down and pressed lightly on the plastic cover, until it clicks, to preserve the freshness and aroma for long. My favourites are adding it to bland vegetables like sweet potatoes, asparagus, potato, soup, and bring warm cosy, feeling to my pies and cakes period. Spices add zing to my cooking and life, 👩‍🍳enjoy your recipes, I enjoyed sharing: hope this helps
