This product is actually pretty cool. It's also very handy to use for other products as well. I used it on my laptop and it worked amazingly. The hotkey buttons worked as they normally would and the trackpad is also pretty responsive. The only problem I did seem to encounter with the scroll function is that sometimes it scrolls too much, as if the sensitivity is too high at times. This might be a windows issue itself and maybe changing the scroll options in my windows settings will change this. I also tried the product on my Xbox. It worked pretty well. I would browse movies and type in the search bars correctly. It also let me type messages to my friends as well. The only issue when plugging it into the Xbox is that Xbox has it's own hotkeys. So using the keyboard hotkeys don't all register but once you figure those out, you're good to go. The mouse doesn't work on the Xbox unless you're browsing with Microsoft Edge. I also plugged it into my Samsung TV and it worked but the hotkeys weren't the same as shown on the keyboard, either way, it worked well. I also set up the IR remote function to mimic my Samsung remote. It was a little finicky at first but once I got it, it was fine and worked as intended. The build quality seems to be pretty decent for the most part. There was a little weird space where the trackpad and plastic/buttons connect near the bottom but it doesn't seem to cause a problem. The backlight is also nice and being able to use Bluetooth as well as the 2.4GHz dongle is great. One thing I would have liked to see is a place on the actual keyboard for a slot to store the 2.4GHz dongle when not in use though. It's a cool product and works very well. It's like a TV remote with a keyboard.
