I bought this lamp because of the Smart Memory Function. I was hoping to connect the light to a smart switch so that I could turn it on and off remotely. However, the Smart Memory Function only stores the state of the settings, not the on/off state. Many LED lights resume their last state when unplugged—for example, if the light is on and unplugged, it will turn back on automatically when plugged back in. I needed such a Smart Memory Function, but unfortunately, this light does not work that way.

Otherwise, the light is plenty bright, has a sturdy clamp, and appears to be well-built. However, the USB connector is very long, so it may not fit in tight spaces.

If you need a clip-on lamp for video conferencing or vlogging, this one may be a good fit. Please note that the lamp is not intended for large (studio-like) setups because it is not bright enough. But for a small office with a good webcam (or a mirrorless camera used as one), you can get decent results.
The brightness is adjustable but I doubt that the range of 800...10000 lm is real. I would expect more like 400...1000 lm in the best case (please remember that a 100W/110V incandescent lamp provides around 1000 lm brightness, I will run more tests with instruments soon). The CRI is a measure of light quality indicating how accurate the colors that you can see are if the subject is illuminated with the lamp - 100% is the perfect lamp (similar to this light coming from the Sun). The manufacturer says CRI > 90% - I hope it's close enough. My eyes show good color rendering. But your mileage may vary.
Otherwise, remember that you need a USB adapter (or computer port) capable of delivering 5V/2A for full brightness.
