    Purchased four boxes on black Friday sale. They arrived in a plastic bag, not a cardboard box. So the RX bar boxes were slightly opened that the perforations, three of the four boxes. So I'm wondering was anybody chomping on my bars, counted them and they are all there. Boxes are dated for June and July of 2025. I had seen one 鶹 review with pictures that showed that the nutrition content was slightly different than what they should have. Been slightly higher carbs and sugar, but my nutrition content showing on these boxes is just like the previous ones I've had no problem.

At first I wasn't sure but I had another one and was surprised how much I liked it. The chocolate taste with the sea salt and nuts in there was a pretty good combo.     I loved these bars and ate one a day UNTIL I found out that they contain seed oil sunflower to be exact. Seed oils are so over processed that they are toxic. As soon as I discovered Kellogg bought the brand I started to investigate exactly what they added to these bars and it was seed oil.

    Would really like to give it 2.5 stars but that's not an option. These aren't terrible, chewy and the taste is pretty meh, not a terrible experience, but not good enough I'm planning to order more. I can see these being handy for someone who really needs non-meat protein, (egg whites, so vegetarian, but not a vegan option). I can't recommend them for anyone who wants anything outside of that niche. Most annoying part was I googled these when trying to add to my long shelf life food collection, but these will only last until November of this year, (6 months).
