This is an update to my initial review where the light failed to charge.
My initial review of the light was a disappointment because it failed to charge and slower than expected customer service. However, once their customer service reached out to me, they were much quicker to respond. So be patient with initial contact. They started with diagnostics and validation of failure. Once validation is completed, they sent out warranty replacement very quickly. Now that I have gone through the warranty process, I have to give OLight customer service due for their quick responses once we made contact. I know failures happen and it is a disappointment when it happens to you; but OLight stood by their product and made the warranty process as pleasant as possible. So far the light is working as expected and good as my initial review. It is a quality light that bright and lightweight with very nice accessories.

Initial Title: Light worked for 2 charges, then it stopped charging. No reply from customer service
Review:
When it worked for the first 2 charges, it was good. However, it stopped charging afterward. The photo shows it been charged for over 2 hours. Light is about to die. The on button will flash like a slow heart beat when charging but never charges. I have reached out to OLight customer service, but I have not heard back yet. I do not recommend this light.
