I am in massive fan of griddles in general. So when mine broke a few months ago I felt very lost. I'm glad I found this one and I'm in love! First of all, the size of it is perfect for big family. It's the largest one I could find. Secondly, it's got a bumply surface! That means the oil or butter I put on, doesn't run all over the place or pool in one spot. Thirdly, the feet are removable for easy storing, cleaning and travel. And this is going to be incredibly helpful for when we are camping. I can take the feet off and put the griddle directly onto my stove top in the RV! I'm a massive fan of this and I highly recommend.

Pancakes) but it honestly has not bothered me at all. It heats evenly and stores well because of the removable handles. Nice size.

    If you're doing grilled sandwiches, french toast, bacon, omelettes, burgers, etc, in a frying pan, you're missing out. This griddle is so good at all of that. Does a great job heating and cooking evenly across the surface, which is ample (I do 8 slices of French toast at one time). The thermostat control is reliably accurate. A far more energy efficient way of doing this kind of cooking, if your carbon footprint is a concern.

    The cook surface is ceramic and is truly non- stick. You'll have to use non-metallic cooking utensils to protect the surface, so be sure to plan ahead for that. I went with a Farberware Professional Nylon Spatula set and Tongs.
