Product description

This retro style Perfect canister is the same old style you grew up with. The all metal housings are made for years and years of use and abuse. The motor on this vacuum pulls an amazing 125" of water lift, giving it the same suction as many central vacuum units. There are not many vacuums on the market today, with the suction power of the Perfect canister. The wide 15" power nozzle will eat pet hair for breakfast! It also comes with an electronic circuit breaker, that will prevent many belts from breaking. If something is vacuumed up in to the power head such as tassles on oriental rugs, or shoe laces, or even a sock under neath the bed, the power head will automatically turn off, to prevent the belt from breaking. Accessories included are; * Complete set of tools with on-board storage:* Soft horse hair combination dusting/upholstery tool.* Air-driven stair tool.* 14-inch crevice tool.* 12-inch wide soft horse hair bare floor tool.This machine also now comes with the new HEPA filtration style bag, which will stop more dust then the standard paper bags that usually come with this machine. 2 Year Parts and Labor Warranty.

    I thought I was getting the quality my parents received when they bought their Electrolux vacuum cleaners, a brand they stuck with for many years. (1967-1991).
    This knock off is not even close to the quality of the original machines. Cheap plastic all around.

    Things that have gone wrong:
    After a few months, the cord would not come out of the machine. I used an extension cord!!
    The on/off switch gets jammed in the casing making it difficult to turn off/on.
    The machine gets very, very hot!! Even with an empty bag!
    The front wheel is not turning making it impossible to maneuver! I tried oiling/greasing...didn't help.

    I only pull out this vacuum cleaner when I need to do a big clean...takes a lot of effort.
    Bought a Shark sweeper to do little messes. Now bought a cordless stick vacuum. The Prefect vacuum will be lucky if it ever sees the light of day!

    Perfect Canister Vacuum Cleaner purchased thru 鶹.com in Oct. 2011. While it had great suction, too many things went bad on it. August 2012 the cord rewind quit working. In September 2012 the cheap plastic that held the bag door broke. The blower door has never stayed closed. Now in August 2013 vacuum now will not turn on. Very dissapointed as last electrolux lasted 19 years. I have lost confidence in Electrolux.

    Had owned a electrolux for 20 years, it finally conked out. Thought I would take a chance on the Perfect since the description of the product was linked to the Electrolux. It is very compatible to my old Electrolux.The suction is excellent.I use this vac every day being that I have 4 dogs and 3 cats. Have had the Perfect since Nov.2010 and have been very pleased with it.
