I need relief a lot as I transition to a GF/Candida friendly diet. So I use 2 daily. My bloating can change my pant and shirt sizes, this actually helps that battle.

    i've purchased this item 3 times and some packets are very hard, so hard that it won't even melt in water.
    It did help with my bloating a bit but not all the time. I feel it is a bit pricey for only 14 packets that you have to take 2wice a day, therefore it is only for 7 days. I think it is the last time I purchase.

    Love this probiotics and prebiotics powder. I could list all the reasons why I love this product, but 鶹 might flag it as inappropriate. So to keep it simple, my body used to feel like blah and it doesn't any more since drinking a pack a day! And I do feel a difference when I run out and haven't dranken a pack in couple of days while I wait for my order to arrive!

    I drink it alone in water or in a flavoured drink or blended into a smoothie.
    Note, it doesn't dissolve in cold water very well, so I usually keep adding water to my cup until there's no more noticeable powder left and/or when there's no more taste
