  i've purchased this item 3 times and some packets are very hard, so hard that it won't even melt in water.
  It did help with my bloating a bit but not all the time. I feel it is a bit pricey for only 14 packets that you have to take 2wice a day, therefore it is only for 7 days. I think it is the last time I purchase.
