Habituellement je ne suis pas confiant à acheter des produits alimentaires sur des sites je suis super surpris et satisfait de ce produit ça fait déjà un mois que j'en prends et ça marche très bien après quelques minutes vous pouviez sentir que vous avez sommeil. Je vous conseille de le prendre 10min avant de vous coucher ça ferait plus effet. Ma fille de 14ans a essayé et il n'y a pas eu de mauvais effet sur elle ça a très bien marché.

I’ve tried a few products in the Olly line and really love their products. For along time, I have been suffering with insomnia and my doctor decided that it was time to give sleeping pills a chance. Before making that commitment, I decided to try the OLLY Extra Strength Sleep Gummies, as I tried the regular ones before. These little blackberry gummies are a good solution to prevent those sleepless nights.
The gummies are actually very tasty and doesn’t taste like bad medicine. It’s more like a nice gummy snack without the excess sugar. The blackberry flavor is delicious.
Try to be consistent as possible. I’ve used these nightly for about month and it works most nights not all but it’s still better that taking prescription sleeping pills. It has more natural ingredients, no prescription is needs and no worry about withdrawals if you miss a night or 2. I have purchased the regular gummies and found that they work equally well, so if you are new to sleeping gummies, I would suggest starting with the regular strength first or using ½ dosage of the extra strength.
I still recommend this product and I am giving it 4 stars because I find that on some days it doesn’t kick in as quickly as other days. I do also get these weird dreams, but not sure if I can yet attribute it to the gummies.
