Good value but STINKS😭
I got the Magnesium Bis-Glycinate supplements from the same brand and these Vitamin B complex, and took them every morning with my other meds, but had to stop before seeing any improvements because the SMELL of these is...awful. I try not to breathe through my nose as I take them but the smell lingers on my hands and anything the capsules touch, and it just makes me gag now. To be fair I am sensitive to smells so other people may be able to deal with that no problem, but I may have to look elsewhere for b complexes because I do need to take them, but I can't risk throwing up every morning! Wish they could make the capsule 'wrapping' more dense to avoid the stench of the supplement... 😭 And fair warning your pee will smell stronger, and look neon yellow, it's the excess vitamins clearing out but still shocked me the first time.
