I am leaving a 1 star review for one specific reason: I cannot leave seller feedback as amazon won't allow me to go back that far in my orders. The pots and pans are lovely, and if you cook on low heat with silicone utensils, for the most part they will last. However the saute pan I have very quickly suffered a gouge in the non-stick despite only cooking on 3 on my stovetop, and using the provided spatula. Now another gouge has occurred. While I do use this pan often, none of the other pans have suffered from this issue so I feel the saute pan itself is defective. The product comes with a one year warranty that includes gouges in the non-stick, however, all attempts to reach out to amazon or carote has resulted in nothing or outright silence. I have emailed (only way to contact carote) 3 times and still nothing. All I want is a replacement for this pan, as everything else is wonderful.

I bought these recently because we needed new non-stick pans, and I didn't want Teflon. The granite coating is holding up well, though we've only had them for a month. They haven't stained or had any issue, despite cooking tomato-based meals several times. They're great for cooking eggs and such without a lot of oil in the pan, so they're great for healthy cooking. I love the sizes of the 3 pans in this set.
Now for my complaints. The pots, particularly for cooking rice, do not work all that well. They end up with a dried, starchy film around the edge of the pot, which is impossible to avoid (even after washing rice thoroughly and trying different kinds). I will stick with my stainless steel pots for most things. These look really nice, though.
Secondly, the lids are a bit annoying, because after a few uses, the handles started separating from the lid itself just a tiny bit. Not even enough to feel loose or be a hazard, by any means, but because of their design, they collect water inside the handle when washing. I then have to grab a screwdriver, loosen the handle, empty it out, and tighten it again. For someone who already dislikes washing dishes, this is a really annoying extra step to take every single time. Even knowing that, though, I would absolutely buy them again for the pans alone.

Love love love this Carote white granite set of pots.
I have owned many pots and pans in my life and this set is perfect. I use them on an induction cooktop and have never had anything stick to the pans. The colour is gorgeous and the handles stay absolutely cool to the touch. The glass lids work well and are also very good looking and easy to use. As per the instructions, I hand wash these, I don't put them in the dishwasher and you must not use metal utensils that would scratch the non stick surface. This is an easy task because nothing sticks so clean up is a breeze. I highly recommend Carote White Granite. I am very gentle while cleaning but after three months of use I noticed the white coating is coming off in places and it retains the stains on outer surface if there is some food spilling or there is oil on the surface. It would not come off with dish soap and sponge. On the inside, it can retain stains if you do not use oil. e.g. if you try to roasting something or burn some food by chance, or due to spices like turmeric (even when used with water). It is non-stick, no doubt and good material. The Carote's brown version is so much better and cheaper. This is only for people who cook once a week. I feel disappointed. I doubt if it is really granite. The replacement set is however not problemmatic at all, leaving me happy.
