It's my personal helper when I get back home after a long day! I've owned 3 other Fryers - 2 made-in-china and 1 Philips! All 3 sucked! The chinese one was recalled after less than a year due to some urgent recall! They asked me to cut the power cable so they know I won't use it - take pictures as proof and then waited 3+ months for replacement. When it finally arrived, it was as useless but LOUD as you can imagine! During that 3+ months wait, I bought a super expensive one from Philips. I thought that was the ONE - but nope! Sucking electricity, slow, and loud - and started rusting after couple of months! Here comes this little man! As you can see, my fries won't get messed up with oil / juice! Fresh, nice, clean and everything will be ready at the same exact time! Isn't it smart or what? FWIW, 鶹 sent me something that didn't look like used but it was super loud! I called their (鶹) support and they offered me $25 to shut up! I didn't - asked them to send me a replacement. They did! It's MUCH MUCH less noisy than the 1st one - so something for you to remember!

    We have been using this air fryer for three and a half months now and have no complaints. The device is easy to use, although there is a learning curve in doing things like split operations, temperature and timing settings.

    We are slowly experimenting with different foods that can be cooked in it. For instance, this evening I am going to try grilled cheese sandwiches, something I never even thought about doing in an air fryer until I found instructions online.

    Air fryers are supposed to be more efficient that using a stove. I believe it because my electrical bill has been lower than usual for the last three months. I can't prove anything, but a also cannot find any other reason that this should be so other that we rarely turn on the stove except to boil water and have not used our oven since we got the air fryer.

    I should point out that there are only the two of us in our family. This fryer would be too small for a larger family, but is perfect for us.

    We also appreciate the dual zone feature so that we can cook different foods, ie meat and veggies for different times and different temperatures and have both sides finish at the same time, eliminating the guesswork out of preparing separate dinner dishes using conventional methods of cooking.

    Sucking electricity, slow, and loud - and started rusting after couple of months!

    Here comes this little man!

    As you can see, my fries won't get messed up with oil / juice! Fresh, nice, clean and everything will be ready at the same exact time!

    Isn't it smart or what?

    FWIW, 鶹 sent me something that didn't look like used but it was super loud! I called their (鶹) support and they offered me $25 to shut up!

    I didn't - asked them to send me a replacement. They did!

    It's MUCH MUCH less noisy than the 1st one - so something for you to remember!

    Description mention that it goes up to 500°F wich is false. 400°F MAX.

    Just wondering why the 30 dollars sudent increase in price (got it two weeks ago at 149) wich make it more expensive then the 8 &10QT 6 in 1 that dropped price by 20 dollars at 169.

    Will update my review in time if any problems.

    Edit : So far so good after 4 months of use. But be advise that the cleaning of the ventilator and heating elements sectiona are a real struggle to clean. Impossible to clean everywhere. ninja gotta return to the design table and make this area more accessible for cleaning purpose. This is true with all the Ninja 2 drawers out there.

    I'm obsessed! This is my first air fryer, and I can't believe I took so long to get on board. I barely use my oven now. The air fryer heats up instantly, saving time and money over using a big stove. Chicken is moist and cooks evenly, leaving the grease behind. I chose the Ninja because I have a few other Ninja appliances, and they are all top quality. The two drawers lets you cook meat on one side, vegetables on the other, and you can set it up to be ready at the same time. I'm very happy with my purchase.
