I've owned 3 other Fryers - 2 made-in-china and 1 Philips!
All 3 sucked!
The chinese one was recalled after less than a year due to some urgent recall! They asked me to cut the power cable so they know I won't use it - take pictures as proof and then waited 3+ months for replacement.
When it finally arrived, it was as useless but LOUD as you can imagine!
During that 3+ months wait, I bought a super expensive one from Philips. I thought that was the ONE - but nope!
Sucking electricity, slow, and loud - and started rusting after couple of months!
Here comes this little man!
As you can see, my fries won't get messed up with oil / juice! Fresh, nice, clean and everything will be ready at the same exact time!
Isn't it smart or what?
FWIW, 鶹 sent me something that didn't look like used but it was super loud! I called their (鶹) support and they offered me $25 to shut up!
I didn't - asked them to send me a replacement. They did!
It's MUCH MUCH less noisy than the 1st one - so something for you to remember!
