- Reviewed in Canada on November 23, 2023Verified PurchaseI wasn't sure about this product when I first ordered it because I was so used to using Easy On Spray Starch in an aerosol can for so many years. But once those became no longer available (and all spray starch aerosols became unavailable), I decided to try this brand in a non-aerosol.
It works well. It gets the job done. It makes ironing and pressing so much easier, quicker, and better. As a quilter, I use a lot of starch on fabric squares, triangles, blocks, quilt tops, bindings, etc., so a quilter without starch is like a day without sunshine. :-)
The price is high, in my opinion, though. It seems that every company jacked their prices up because of the sudden ban on aerosols, and this company appears to be no exception. So, although it works just fine and I'm happy with the results, I am not thrilled with the inflated price.

- Reviewed in Canada on December 1, 2023Verified PurchaseI've always used a spray starch until no store in my area carried the brand I wanted. Two years ago I discovered Niagara on-line. Not only did it do a great job stiffening the fabric and keeping the winkles out, but the fabric felt smooth but not hard. Further there was little over-spray, no chemical smell while ironing, and the container lasts a long time. It is good value for my money and would continue using this product

- Reviewed in Canada on March 27, 2024Verified PurchaseMy wife hasn't used this product as yet so cannot comment on the product at this point. When the product arrived one of the bottles was leaking so it was a sticky mess getting the bottles out of the plastic that they were wrapped in and cleaned up. Both bottles had been damaged there was a crease across each bottle so not a great start to what is a new product for my wife.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good product
Verified PurchaseMagic Spray starch is wonderful. Tried it out this morning on some cloth napkins I'm making, the fabric after spraying and pressing seams pior to sewing was beautifully crisp yet still flexible. I love it. Sped up all my seam pressing by 50% atleast, not residue, or overwhelming smell. I think it would be terrific for quilting.
Recommended.
