    I bought my first bottle of these at a big box store. Didn't notice till I had got home and opened the bottle that all the gummies were stuck together. I used the opposite end of a spoon to break them apart as needed. Not difficult to do. I was hoping that these 2 bottles that I purchased from 鶹 might be a little fresher and not be stuck together. No such luck! Expiry date is well into 2025 so they are fresh. I think when packaged the gummies are still to warm? and/or wet? and stick together as they cool off/dry. No biggie. They taste delicious and I have noticed a huge improvement in my nails, and a slight improvement in my hair and skin. My nails use to be quite soft, they are so hard now. No longer split and dont break either. Wow! Done some research and apparently it takes a few months till you really notice a difference in your hair - which is the primary reason I bought these - its really thinning out as I age. Update - just repurchased these gummies again and I am pleased to repot that they are NOT stuck together! A first! ****Update - have bought a few bottles since original review and I am pleased to report that there have been no more stuck-together gummies****

    I’ve just about finished my first bottle of these, and I’m pretty satisfied with them so far.
    First and foremost, nails. I’ve always been a nail biter, but once I started taking these I set my mind to stopping and my nails have grown beautifully. They’re much stronger than they used to be, I remember at least one occasion where I knocked my nail and was shocked to find it hadn’t broken — before these vitamins, it definitely would not survived that impact.
    Because I’ve always been a nail biter, it’s hard for me to comment on growth speed (mine never had a chance to get very long. However, I’ve had friends remark that they’ve grown very quickly, so I guess that means they’re doing pretty good.

    As for hair, I think growth has sped up slightly in some places other than my head. Personally I don’t really care, especially since it’s winter I hardly notice. I would say, don’t worry about that too much — it’s not noticeable. I think my head hair growth has accelerated slightly, and I’m only one bottle in. It’s too early to comment on health: it takes months for a noticeable difference in hair health to develop, with vitamins that’s just how it is. I’m hopeful though.

    Importantly, I want to comment on acne. Picking these up, I was extremely concerned about whether or not they’d make me breakout. One of my friends eventually dropped these because she couldn’t deal with the acne anymore. For me, in the first week, I did break out for a few days, but it was over within a week. It’s also possible that my breakout was due to other things. Since then, I’ve noticed no real increase in my acne. I’m very happy about this. If acne is a concern for you, just remember that it’s not unusual for your body to take upwards of a month to adjust to these. It’s different for everyone, and I think it’s worth it for you to give them a chance.

    I find the flavour a bit... strange. It is extremely artificial, but very sweet. Most will like it (my boyfriend is always asking me for one whenever he catches me taking them). I honestly don’t mind it, but I certainly wouldn’t rave about it.

    Prices fluctuate on these a lot. Try to catch them when they’re on the low end. For me, I bought the bottle of 80 for 6.68 CAD. Pretty sure it went up around 3 bucks the day after I bought them.

    First time I bought them they didn’t arrive, had to wait 3 days for them to send out a new shipment of my order (free of charge). Pretty sure that’s my local carrier’s fault though, and the 鶹 customer service was good as always.

    All in all, if you’re looking for a gummy to add to your daily routine and give your hair and nails some love, this is a very good candidate. I definitely recommend trying it.
