    I ordered this about a month ago and gave it some time to see how it worked. Initially, I experienced massive hair loss. I understand that losing some hair daily is natural, but in my case, it was to a great extent. I take it every morning with vitamin B6, as I read a study suggesting they work better together. The taste is a bit too sweet but still bearable.
    As of today, my hair loss has stopped, my nails have become stronger, and my skin looks fresher overall. I will recommend it as an effective supplement.

    I've been taking this brand for about 3 years now. I've always had chin length hair and could never grow it past my shoulders. I have experimented with different brands and dosage of biotin. I've tried higher dosages, like 10,000 mcg, 5,000 mcg etc...however I found that the dosages were too high and I was breaking out in rashes and weird cystic acne. Once I stopped the high dosages, the allergies disappeared. The magic dosage, well, that worked for me, was 2,500 mcg. Please have patience, as with all changes, it will be gradual. I noticed my nails getting stronger, and I was cutting my nails every 2 days. Then I noticed my hair was getting longer, stronger, and shinier. I finally had it grow to where my bra line is. It took me about 3 years to test this product out and I finally have the time to write a review. I also recommended this to my mom, and she noticed her nails were becoming less brittle and was growing faster than normal. 鶹 sells this at a great price, and for 90 tablets, this should last you about 3 months. Also helps that it just melts on your tongue and tastes great!
