I’ve tried getting it off with the brush, soaking it in soapy warm water and even putting it through the dishwasher but it’s still there. I’m wondering if there’s a chip on the inside and there’s something in that pocket that may now be becoming mouldy??

It’s outside the return window of my purchase and I can’t seem to find a way to contact the seller about it.
